Last updated: November 7, 2026
MILLORA Design House (“MILLORA”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through millora.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have, in keeping with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
This website does not use contact forms, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us — for example by emailinghello@millora.ca. That may include your name, email address, phone number, project address, and details or photos of your space.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To keep records required for business, tax and legal purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Sharing
If you engage us for a project, we may share relevant details with fabricators, installers and other partners involved in that project, only as needed to complete the work. Our email and hosting providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and take reasonable measures to protect it against loss and unauthorized access.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@millora.ca. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website changes — for example if we add an enquiry form or analytics. The date above shows the latest revision.
